Job summary

Jackson Manor is seeking compassionate Certified Medication Technicians (CNA/CMT) to join our Missouri facilities. You will administer medications under nurse supervision, assist with resident care, and contribute to a safe, comfortable living environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Valid Missouri CNA and CMT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs resident care responsibilities in a manner that ensures safety and comfort.
• Administers medications as ordered under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration accurately in the center’s system.
• Responds to resident call lights and anticipates needs during the shift.
• Maintains medication safety and reports changes in resident condition.
