Springfield Skilled Care Center is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents’ safety and comfort. You administer medications under a nurse’s supervision and follow the five rights, documenting all actions accurately.

Qualifications

• Must have active CMT certification and CNA in Missouri.
• Both licenses required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• Records and documents all medications given to residents in the chart.
• Notifies licensed staff if a resident reports pain or if there are adverse reactions.
• Performs resident care duties that promote safety and comfort.
