Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's healthcare provider.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care.
• Collaborate with nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
