As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's healthcare provider
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or a related field
• Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
