Job summary

Juniper is certified in the state of PA and is seeking a Medication Technician to assist residents with daily living activities and to support the Wellness Director and Wellness Nurse in medications and treatments. You will document MAR entries, monitor vital signs, and follow safety procedures in a collaborative team environment.

We offer full time and part time shifts with weekend availability; starting pay at $17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Medication Tech Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Assist with medication administration and accurate MAR documentation.
• Perform vital signs and basic assessments as directed by Wellness Director/Nurse.
• Follow safety, infection control and regulatory procedures.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the Wellness Director.
