Juniper Communities in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking qualified staff for full-time or part-time shifts, day and evening, with weekend availability. Certification as a Medication Tech and PA certification are required.

Formación

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Medication Tech Certification (Required)

Responsabilidades

• Assist with medication administration and treatments in accordance with regulations and protocol
• Document medication administration and treatments within MAR
• Perform vital signs as ordered
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility)
• Follow safety regulations, infection control, and quality assurance procedures
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Wellness Director
• Coordinate communication with residents, families, and other staff
• Maintain liaison with residents and family members
• Follow work assignments and schedules to complete tasks
