Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CMT certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills preferred.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a senior living team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments and health monitoring.
• Respond to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Communicate important updates to nurses and care team.
• Help ensure medications are administered safely and accurately.
• Support and guide care team members during shifts.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents to thrive.
