Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to support residents in a memory care setting. You will administer medications, monitor health, and respond compassionately to resident needs.

Ideal candidates hold a CMT certification, have at least two years of memory care experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills for teamwork and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of memory care experience.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate care approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring.
• Report changes and updates on resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Coach and lead other care team members on your shift.
