Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for per diem shifts (3pm–11:30pm) in New York, Town of Florida. You will assist residents with medications, monitor health, and lead care team members on your shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid CMT certification. Per diem status allows flexible scheduling, with competitive pay and full access to employee benefits.

• Experience administering medications to residents.
• Ability to monitor health changes and report them promptly.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team members.
