Job summary

Join our team at Heritage Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Certified Medication Technician! This full-time position offers a shift from 3-11 PM with daily pay ranging from $20 to $23 an hour.

You will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of residents through safe and accurate medication administration. We seek an individual with a Medication Technician Certification and CNA or CHHA certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Medication Technician/Aide Certification in Rhode Island.
• Must also be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA).
• Previous Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience required.
• Experience in administering various medication routes required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents safely and accurately.
• Provide various forms of medications as permitted by certification.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with basic resident care under nursing direction.
• Ensure proper storage and documentation of medications.
