Smith County Health and Rehab, a 128-bed facility in Kentucky, is seeking a full-time Certified Med Tech (CMT) to join our compassionate team. You will administer medications, assist with resident care, and help maintain accurate records in a supportive, community-focused environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous experience with older adults is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance per orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents' condition or behavior.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution and observations.
