At The Quarters at Des Peres, we deliver high-quality care for residents through compassionate professionals. We partner with skilled nursing centers across 3 states, supporting a small team environment with extensive resources.

Available Shifts:

• Evenings: 3 pm - 11 pm
• Nights: 11 pm - 7 am

Pay, Benefits, and Perks:

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time qualifying candidates

Essential Functions:

• Perform resident care safely and according to policies and regulations
• Administer medications as ordered, under supervision
• Know and follow the “five rights” of medication administration
• Record medication administration accurately
• Notify staff of resident pain or issues
• Record vital signs as needed
• Use computer systems for documentation
• Respond to call lights, make rounds, observe and report reactions
• Support a culture of safety and quality
• Administer PRN medications per regulations and policy
• Report changes in residents’ conditions and incidents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid CMT certification in Missouri
• Six months in long-term care preferred
• Maintain a working email and phone number
• Decisive and quick in emergencies
• Effective communication skills in English; other languages preferred
