Job summary

Paycom is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Aide to provide individualized resident care according to each resident's care plan. You will report changes in health status to the clinical team and engage with residents and families in a meaningful, supportive manner.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings, and a commitment to professional development. Indiana QMA certification and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
