Green Oaks of Goshen is seeking dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) staff to deliver exceptional, individualized resident care according to each care plan. You will report health changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families with compassion, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate care and resident dignity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
