Job summary

Green Oaks of Goshen in Goshen, IN seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to deliver personalized resident care per care plans and to promptly report health status changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families in a compassionate, dignified manner and participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings, while ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy of all resident information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold Indiana QMA certification after completing the program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver care with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team promptly.
• Engage with residents and family members with compassion to create a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
