Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Berlin, MD is seeking a Part Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan. You will work closely with the clinical team to monitor health status and participate in ongoing educational opportunities.

Required are a High School diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification; strong communication and compassionate care are essential. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.
