• Prepare, administer, and chart medications by all routes except parental routes.
• Chart vital signs, intake/output and monthly weights to assist the charge nurse.
• Reorder medications as needed in timely manner.
• Put medications away when received from pharmacy. Monitor for drug discrepancy.
