Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our dedicated team in Carthage, Missouri. This full-time evening position includes 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will administer medications, document administration and resident responses, monitor for side effects, and assist with daily living activities while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri-certified CMT license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) is responsible for the safe administration of medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role requires attentiveness, precision, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
