Job summary

AdviniaCare Pawtucket Pleasant Rehab is hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to assist our senior residents with daily living tasks, medication management, and basic care needs. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and safety in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will hold CNA and CMT licenses, plus BLS/CPR certification, and have experience with seniors and dementia care. HS diploma and Med Passer experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA and CMT/Active License required.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• TB and MMR tests up to date.
• Experience with seniors and dementia care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Previous Med Passer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks including grooming, incontinence care, and meals.
• Perform medication management and monitoring.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and nutrition support.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe home environment.

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a crucial role in assisting our residents with daily living tasks and ensuring their overall well-being.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude to assist our residents with difficulties completing basic tasks throughout the day and night. As a CMT, your responsibilities will include medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping. You will also be responsible for following safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents.

• CNA and CMT/Active License
• BLS/CPR Certificate
• TB
• MMR
• Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors
• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Med Passer experience required
