Job summary

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community, is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) to support residents' health and daily wellness. As part of The Arbor Company family, you’ll join a team that values care, growth, and teamwork, with shift options from 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, plus benefits and differential for evenings.

You will assist with medications, monitor resident wellbeing, and help maintain a calm, welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT/Med Tech) certification required.
• Passion for helping seniors; strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and daily wellness needs.
• Monitor residents and communicate important updates to the care team.
• Provide compassionate support while building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Help lead and support caregivers during shifts.

Full-Time Hours: 7am - 3pm

Part-Time Hours: 3pm - 11pm
