Job summary

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community, is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) to support residents with medications and daily wellness.

The Arbor Company offers competitive pay with starting rates of $17–$18.50 per hour, plus a $1.50/hour shift differential for evenings and overnight shifts, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT/Med Tech) certification is required.
• Passion for helping seniors and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and daily wellness needs.
• Monitor residents and communicate important updates to the care team.
• Provide compassionate support while building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Help lead and support caregivers during your shift.

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community, is looking to hire a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Full-Time Hours:

7am - 3pm

Part-Time Hours:

3pm - 11pm
