Job summary

The Arbor Company seeks a Certified Medication Technician for memory care. You’ll assist residents with medications, monitor health, and respond compassionately.

You will report changes to residents' conditions, coach other care team members on your shift, and help maintain a respectful, person-centered environment in our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMT certification required.
• 2 years experience in memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring.
• Report changes and updates on resident conditions to the team.
• Coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.
