Arbor Terrace at Delray, part of The Arbor Company, is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our compassionate team caring for residents in a welcoming community. The role blends resident support with medication pass responsibilities, promoting safety and well-being for our seniors.

We currently have a part-time from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This position is a combination of resident care and medication pass.

Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates promptly with the nursing team.
Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living when needed.
Support and mentor Resident Assistants during your shift.
Build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership to deliver exceptional resident care.
Active Florida Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
