Job summary

The Solana Doylestown, part of The Arbor Company, is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide compassionate care and safe medication administration in a luxury assisted living and memory care community. The role is part-time with a start hourly rate of $22.50 and weekend rotation.

Ideal candidates hold a CMT certification, have a High School diploma or equivalent, and bring caregiving or senior living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
• Caregiving or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident health and report changes in condition.
• Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, leadership, and care team members.
• Help ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents.
• Support and guide caregiving team members during your shift.
