Job summary

Carolina Reserve of Durham, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration and resident care oversight in an assisted living and memory care community in Durham, NC.

This full-time role works 7a-7p with every other weekend required, offering an opportunity to contribute to high-quality resident care and to be part of a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive relationship with residents, families and staff.
• Maintains residents' rights with dignity and respect.
• Attends required state-education programs and maintains HIPAA compliance.
• Documents thoroughly and reports changes in residents' condition promptly.
