Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking Certified Medication Technicians to support medication administration and resident care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

This full-time role runs 6a-6p, every other weekend; requires completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course, and a CNA or CMA certification. Benefits include health plans, 401k, PTO, and disability coverage.

Formación

• High School diploma
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required
• Excellent written and verbal communication in an interdisciplinary setting
• Ability to work with seniors and maintain safety

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, families and staff.
• Promotes residents' rights and treats residents with dignity and respect.
• Attends in-service and completes required continuing education.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents' information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Completes documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reports changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor promptly.
• Operates equipment safely and adheres to training.
• Adheres to infection control practices.
• Works within community policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with the care team to support resident wellbeing.
