Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare in Sedalia, MO seeks a CMT-Certified Medical Technician to join our clinical team close to home with a flexible schedule. You will help maintain high level resident care, administer medications under supervision, and support CNAs to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Current Missouri CMT-Certified Medical Technician certification.
Ability to administer prescribed medications under supervision.
Experience in senior care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
Encourage residents to socialize to support morale and well-being.
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
Administer and/or assist with prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Transport residents to dining areas and assist with meals as needed.
Supervise CNAs and ensure proper resident care; report issues.
