Country Club Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a CMT-Certified Medical Technician to join our clinical team and maintain a high level of resident care. If you want to work close to home, enjoy a flexible schedule and competitive pay, this is for you.

• Must have a current Missouri-MO CMT- Certified MedTech Certification.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN.
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse's aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
