Vitality Living is seeking a Certified Medication Technician at Acclaim at East Beach Community in Norfolk, VA. This part-time role supports daily resident care, medication administration, and records management within a vibrant senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents' records daily and per policy.
• Observe and document residents' health and emotional condition, reporting changes to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with medication cart audits.
