You will administer or assist with medications, keep accurate records, monitor health changes, maintain the medicine room, and support audits. Candidates must be 18+, able to communicate in English, and meet state health requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-accessed or prescribed medications.
• Maintain residents' records daily following policy.
• Observe and document health and emotional status, report changes.
• Keep medicine supply room clean and organized.
• Accurately account for medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with medication cart audits.
