Lorien Mount Airy is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for our Assisted Living Unit. This part-time, PRN role focuses on safe med administration, daily living support, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland CMT license.
• Active Maryland CNA-II license.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe and accurate medication administration in accordance with physician orders and community policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and meal support.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that enhances residents' quality of life.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies.
• Support the community's commitment to exceptional resident care and service excellence.
