Job summary

Sherbrooke Village in Missouri seeks a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents with compassionate, patient-centered care and accurate medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will follow the five rights of medication, record doses in the center's system, monitor residents, respond to call lights, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires MO Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Performs resident care responsibilities safely and in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Records all medications administered and monitors residents’ condition.
• Responds to resident call lights and conducts rounds as assigned.
• Maintains a culture of safety and quality in the care environment.
