Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) for full-time employment in Missouri. You will pass medications as prescribed by physicians and provide direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate, patient-centered service to elderly residents. Ideal candidates will hold a Missouri CMT license with CPR certification and a genuine desire to work with seniors.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CMT license (CMA will not be accepted).
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA requirements.
• Build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
