Job summary

The Fountains in Calhoun, a community of Navion Senior Living, seeks Certified Medication Technicians to administer medications and oversee resident care in a modern Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

We offer Full-Time, 1st shift opportunities with Monday–Friday schedules, plus Tapcheck access for on‑demand wage availability. A State Approved Medication Aide course and PCA/CNA certification are required to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• PCA or CNA certification required.
• Effective written and verbal communication in an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a senior care environment with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication administration to residents accurately.
• Provide resident care oversight and document care activities.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to support individualized care plans.
