Job summary

The Fountains in Calhoun, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration-related roles. The role focuses on delivering high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.

We offer full-time 3rd shift positions (7p-7a) with rotating weekends. Tapcheck provides wage-access options, empowering employees to access earned wages instantly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
• Completed State Approved Medication Aide course
• PCA or CNA certification required
• Effective written and oral communication in an interdisciplinary care setting
• Ability to work in a senior care environment with safety in mind
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with residents, families and staff

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor resident responses
• Provide resident care oversight and coordinate with care teams
• Support 3rd shift operations (7p–7a) with rotating weekends

Requirements

• - High School diploma
• - Must be at least 18 years of age.
• - Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• - Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• - Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members
• - Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
• - Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
