Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for Carolina Reserve of Durham, a senior living community in Durham, NC. The role focuses on accurate medication administration and resident care oversight within a state-regulated setting, with day and night 12-hour shifts and full-time employment.

You will join a team dedicated to resident dignity, safety, and excellent care, while leveraging a modern payroll app to access earned wages. 12-hour shifts run day/night.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form and in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Builds positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Documents changes in a resident's condition clearly and promptly.
• Reports all safety issues and contributes to a safe living environment.
