Job summary

Kingston of Marion, part of Trilogy Health Services, is hiring a Qualified (Certified) Medication Aide (QMA/CMA). The role administers medications under supervision and assists residents with daily living activities in Marion, OH.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing with the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Sets up, administers, and records certain prescribed medications for residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of your role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
