Job summary

Qualifications

• QMA or CMA certification required by state and CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record medications for residents under licensed nurse supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
