Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Greencastle, IN to assist with medication administration and daily living activities for residents. You will work under a licensed nurse to ensure safety and accuracy in med passes and charting, while maintaining CNAs certification and state credentials.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing with the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
