Job summary

The role focuses on accuracy, following the five rights, proper labeling and charting, and collaborating with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Certification as QMA/CMA by the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Proper labeling, storage, receipt, and disposal of medications.
• Record medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor.
