Join our compassionate team at TLC Nursing Center as a Certified Medication Aide Technician (CMAT)! Located at 212 Ellen St., Oneonta, TLC Nursing Center is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CMAT to join our healthcare team.

As a Certified Medication Aide Technician, you will play a crucial role in administering medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Accurately dispensing medications, monitoring residents for adverse reactions, and documenting medication administration according to protocols.
  2. Administering medications as per physician orders and care plans.
  3. Monitoring residents for side effects and reporting findings.
  4. Maintaining accurate medication records and documentation.
  5. Assisting residents with medication management and providing education.
  6. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure timely and appropriate medication care.
  7. Participating in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices.
