Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Minnesota as a Medication Aide and maintain current, unencumbered licensure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards; may supervise CNAs as directed.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance (baths, showers, grooming) and help with mobility and daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nourishment; support ambulation, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; document intake and output.
