Qualifications

• Certified CMA in the state where employed.
• Ability to pass medications as regulated.
• Experience with elder care and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, meals, hygiene).
• Monitor comfort and respond to needs.
• Document tasks like shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director clearly.
• Manage tasks within scheduled shift.
