Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Qualified Medication Aide with current license to practice in Indiana.
• At least two years in CNA role.
• Prefer at least two years geriatric or long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walking rounds at the beginning and end of shift to observe care.
• Assure care is documented per assessed needs.
• Notify attending physician or supervisor of major changes in condition and document them.
• Supervise resident dining activities to ensure safe feeding and substitutions as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly documentation in the resident clinical record.
