Qualifications

• Must have CMA certification in good standing with the State.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by the physician under supervision.
• Maintain medication cart and room in a clean, organized state.
• Document medication administration accurately and promptly.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and dating of medications as per policy.
• Report refusals, reactions, or errors to the RCC/Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE protocols during procedures involving blood or body fluids.
