Job summary

Qualifications

• CMA certification required and must be in good standing with the State.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform documentation and charting tasks.
• Ability to work beyond normal hours and on weekends when needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications as ordered by physician under supervision.
• Maintain medication cart and room organized; ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Document medication administration accurately and report errors immediately.
• Respect resident privacy and dignity; report abuse or neglect promptly.
• Follow safety policies, hand hygiene and PPE requirements as applicable.
• Comply with Community policies and procedures and report any issues.
