Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Report any abuse, neglect, or complaints to the RCC/Nurse Supervisor.
• Ensure medications are properly labeled, stored, and charted.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and hygiene as needed.
