Trilogy in New Albany, IN is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with resident medications and activities of daily living under supervision of licensed staff. The role requires state certification and CNA in good standing, with 0-1 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or CMA by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under licensed nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within your scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
