Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications per orders and company policy.
• Monitor for adverse reactions or changes in resident status.
• Document all medication administration accurately.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free medication cart environment.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow infection control procedures during medication administration.
• Report any medication errors to the Charge Nurse immediately.
