Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking Certified Medication Aides and Personal Care Assistants for our newly built Senior Care Community, Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna.

Job Title: PCA/CMA: Personal Care Assistant/Certified Medication Aide

Pay: Starting at $16.00+ per hour based on experience and certifications

Shift: Full-Time & Part-Time 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-10:00pm, or 10:00pm-6:00am

What are my responsibilities?

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and as outlined in plan of care.
• Complete monthly summaries and obtain vitals to include weights as scheduled or ordered by physician.
• Collect, wash, and return laundry per schedule.
• Documentation in EMR on residents by exception.
• Spend 1:1 time with the resident as needed and as time permits.

Requirements for CMA/PCA at Hillcrest:

• Focus on resident care, team player.
• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
• No experience required! We will train you.
• Active 40 hr Medication Aide in Nebraska for CMA'S.
